# Terms and Conditions **Terms and conditions of service** ## Pick a side. Know the rules. Effective Date: March 1, 2025 | Last Updated: February 28, 2026 **We made a call early**: build a platform for people who have opinions and aren’t afraid to back them. A place where your record means something. Where you compete against real people who are just as certain as you are, and just as wrong, half the time. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set the rules of the arena. They’re a binding agreement between you and All Bettors OÜ, a technology company registered in Estonia (“All Bettors”, “we”, “us”, “our”), covering your access to and use of the Platform at all-bettors.com and all related software and services. >BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE PLATFORM IN ANY WAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. READ THEM. THEY MATTER. If you don’t agree, this isn’t your place. And that’s fine. But if you’re in, you’re in. ## 1. WHAT’S ALL BETTORS! All Bettors is a technology company. We build and license software: a free-to-play entertainment platform where you put your opinions on the line without putting a cent on the table. No real money. No gambling. No financial instruments. Just the purest version of being right, or publicly, irreversibly wrong. **We built two things**: • Social Prediction Events: binary Yes/No markets on real-world outcomes. Sports, politics, tech, crypto, culture. Including events created by the community itself. Pick a side, back it with Curv Coins, compete against the people who disagree with you. • Social Casino Games: free-to-play entertainment games running on Curv Coins. Chance-based. Skill-based. Zero real money. Always. Curv Coins are the Platform’s currency. They have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or anything in the real world. They make the game worth playing. We are not a gambling operator, a sportsbook, a financial exchange, or a casino. We’re a software company. The distinction matters, legally and because we worked hard to build something genuinely different. ## 2. WHO CAN PLAY ### 2.1 Age Requirement You must be 18 or older. No kids allowed. Full stop. We’re not running a platform for minors and we don’t apologise for being strict about it. By creating an account, you’re confirming you’re of legal age. We may verify this at any point. If you’re not 18, come back when you are. ### 2.2 Your Account One account. Real information. Your own credentials. When you sign up, you agree to: • Give us accurate details, not a character you invented; • Keep your account information current; • Protect your password like something that matters; • Tell us immediately if someone else gets in; • Take ownership of everything that happens on your account. We can refuse or close accounts at our discretion. We try not to do it without reason. But we will when it counts. ### 2.3 Where You’re Playing From The Platform is available globally as a free-to-play software service. But it’s on you to know whether using it is lawful where you are. We don’t make legal representations for every jurisdiction on Earth. If your country restricts this kind of platform, that’s between you and your local laws. Accessing from a restricted jurisdiction is your call and your risk. ## 3. CURV COINS: WHAT THEY ARE AND AREN’T ### 3.1 All Curv Coins Belong to All Bettors This is the most important thing to understand about Curv Coins. All Curv Coins are, at all times, the sole and exclusive property of All Bettors OÜ. Every single one. When you earn, win, or purchase Curv Coins, you do not acquire ownership of them. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them within the Platform, in accordance with these Terms. That licence can be revoked. It carries no vested rights. You have no proprietary interest in your Curv Coin balance, no claim against All Bettors for its value, and no entitlement to retain it if your account is closed, suspended, or terminated for any reason. **Curv Coins are not**: • Real money or legal tender; • Exchangeable for real money, goods, services, or anything of value outside the Platform. Ever; • A financial instrument, security, investment, commodity, or asset of any kind; • Your property. They are ours, licensed to you. ### 3.2 Our Right to Modify or Eliminate Balances All Bettors reserves the right to credit, debit, modify, expire, or eliminate any Curv Coin balance at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you. This includes modifying the Curv Coin programme as a whole or discontinuing it entirely. If that happens, no compensation is owed. We won’t do this arbitrarily. But the right exists and it’s important you know it. ### 3.3 How You Earn Them You don’t need to spend a cent to play. Earn Curv Coins by: • Daily Login Streak: show up, claim your reward; • Platform Actions: challenges and milestones we designate; • Winning Predictions: be right, collect the coins; • Social Casino Game Winnings: outplay the competition; • Promotional Bonuses: subject to the terms of each campaign. ### 3.4 Buying Packages If you want to top up, you can purchase Curv Coin packages. Understand this before you do: • Purchasing Curv Coins does not give you ownership of them. You are buying access to a larger licensed balance; • All Curv Coin purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase is processed; • The only exceptions are: a verified failure by All Bettors to deliver the purchased package, confirmed underage access, or a refund right mandated by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded. All such refunds are returned exclusively to the original payment source; • Buying Curv Coins gives you no ownership interest in All Bettors; • Taxes in your jurisdiction are your responsibility; • Pricing and availability can change at any time. ### 3.5 No Real-Money Wagering. Ever. Every prediction, every game, every spin runs on Curv Coins. No real money is wagered, staked, or at risk. Winning Curv Coins is not winning money. We’ll keep saying this. It’s that important. ## 4. SOCIAL PREDICTION EVENTS ### 4.1 How They Work Pick a side: Yes or No. Put Curv Coins on it. Compete against the people who think you’re wrong. At resolution, the correct side splits the pool based on proportional Curv Coin weighting, minus any platform spread disclosed at participation. The incorrect side forfeits what they staked. Simple. Honest. The whole point. ### 4.2 When Events Don’t Resolve Cleanly The world is messy. Sometimes events are voided, cancelled, or land on a genuinely indeterminate outcome. When that happens, we’ll either return allocated Curv Coins or resolve in the fairest way we can determine. Our call. Final. ### 4.3 Resolution We resolve events using publicly available information and official sources specified at listing. Where it’s genuinely ambiguous, we decide. Our resolution decisions are final and binding. We take accuracy seriously. We are not oracles. ### 4.4 Changes and Cancellations We can modify, suspend, or cancel any event. If you’ve already participated in something we cancel, we’ll do our best to return your Curv Coins. We won’t be liable for anticipated winnings that didn’t materialise. ### 4.5 Play Fair No bots. No collusion. No exploiting inside information. No multi-accounting. No coordinating outcomes with other users. If you do any of this, we’ll find out. And the consequences won’t be gentle. ## 5. USER-CREATED PREDICTION EVENTS ### 5.1 The Community Gets to Build Markets Eligible users can submit their own Prediction Events. It’s one of the things we’re most proud of. Your ideas, your markets, your community competing on your questions. With that comes a set of rules you’re agreeing to the moment you hit submit. ### 5.2 Submission and Approval Use the Platform’s designated interface. Your event needs a clear binary question, a verifiable real-world outcome, a resolution date, and a credible source for resolution. We review everything. We can approve, reject, modify, or remove any event at any time. Submitting doesn’t guarantee publication. Our editorial judgment is final. ### 5.3 What You Cannot Submit These are hard stops. Not guidelines. Hard stops. Sexual and Explicit Content • Anything involving sexual acts, explicit scenarios, or the sexualisation of any person; • Anything designed to expose or speculate on someone’s private sexual life. Violence and Criminal Activity • Events predicting harm to specific individuals; • Anything that glorifies, trivialises, or profits from violence, crime, or disaster; • Content that implies criminal guilt without legal determination. Privacy Violations • Events designed to ‘out’ someone’s identity, orientation, health, or private circumstances; • Events targeting private individuals’ personal finances, relationships, or conduct. Hate and Harassment • Anything targeting a person or group based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, disability, or any protected characteristic; • Events designed to humiliate, harass, or damage a specific person’s reputation. Minors • Nothing involving anyone under 18. No exceptions. No grey areas. None. Electoral Manipulation • Events designed to spread disinformation about elections or suppress voter participation. This list isn’t exhaustive. We reserve the right to remove anything that doesn’t belong here, even if it doesn’t fit a listed category. Our platform, our standards. ### 5.4 You Cannot Rig Your Own Event Submitting an event you can control the outcome of is not a grey area. It’s fraud. That means: • No events where you have privileged knowledge or control over the outcome; • No coordinating with others to steer the resolution; • No participating as a predictor on your own event with an information advantage; • No writing the question in a deliberately misleading way to exploit other players. Caught doing this: immediate account suspension. Permanent forfeiture of all Curv Coins. Permanent ban. Possible referral to legal authorities. We don’t negotiate on platform integrity. ### 5.5 You Own Your Submission By submitting an event, you confirm it complies with Section 5.3, is based on a verifiable outcome, doesn’t infringe third-party rights, and contains nothing false or defamatory. You also agree to indemnify All Bettors against any third-party claims your submission creates. ### 5.6 Our Rights Over Events We can edit, void, cancel, or resolve any User-Created Event at our discretion. All decisions are final. If we cancel a live event, we’ll do our best to return allocated Curv Coins. We’re not liable for expected winnings that didn’t happen. ### 5.7 See Something Wrong? Report It. Use the in-Platform report function or email support@all-bettors.com. We review everything. We can’t promise a specific timeline or outcome, but we take it seriously. 6. SOCIAL CASINO GAMES 6.1 Entertainment. Not Gambling. Our Social Casino Games are free-to-play entertainment. Full stop. Not a gateway to real gambling. Not a simulation designed to train you for it. Entertainment that runs on Curv Coins and nothing else. 6.2 Two Types • Chance-Based Games: Outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Pure entertainment. The thrill without the financial risk. • Skill-Based Games: Everyone gets the same hand, the same scenarios, the same conditions. The winner is whoever makes the best decisions, not whoever got lucky with the deal. 6.3 Skill-Based Games: How They Actually Work Same conditions. Same cards. Same game state for every participant. Your decisions determine your result relative to everyone else. We rank by cumulative performance. Our calculations are final. 6.4 Don’t Cheat Here Either Bots, exploits, external software, collusion: all prohibited. Chance-based outcomes are governed by our RNG. Skill-based outcomes by your decisions. Interfering with either means your account is gone. 6.5 Rules and Changes Each game’s rules, payout structure, and Curv Coin stakes are displayed before you play. We can add, retire, or modify games at any time. Changes to rules are shown before they take effect. 7. WHAT YOU CAN AND CAN’T DO HERE 7.1 Your Licence We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Software for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. That’s it. You don’t own the software. You don’t own the platform. You have access to something we built. We retain all rights. 7.2 The Prohibited List These will get you removed. Some may get you reported. • Using the Platform commercially without our permission; • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or trying to extract our source code; • Interfering with or attacking Platform infrastructure; • Attempting to access other users’ accounts or restricted systems; • Bots, scrapers, or automated tools to manipulate outcomes or accumulate Curv Coins; • Multi-accounting, fake identities, or misrepresenting who you are; • Exploiting bugs or unintended features for advantage; • Colluding with other users to fix or coordinate outcomes; • Using insider or non-public information in Prediction Events; • Selling, trading, or transferring your account or Curv Coins to anyone; • Posting harmful, threatening, or defamatory content; • Anything that resembles money laundering, fraud, or financial crime; • Violating any applicable law while using the Platform. 7.3 Enforcement We monitor. We investigate. We act. Consequences range from warnings to permanent termination, with Curv Coin forfeiture and referrals to authorities where warranted. We’re not looking for reasons to remove people. But we will when it matters. 8. WHO OWNS WHAT 8.1 We Own the Platform Everything on this Platform belongs to All Bettors or our licensors: the code, the design, the game mechanics, the prediction market architecture, the logos, the data structures, all of it. We’re a technology company. This is our software. All rights reserved. 8.2 Your Licence, Again Revocable. Personal. Non-commercial. Gone the moment you breach these Terms. 8.3 Content You Create Anything you submit to the Platform gives All Bettors a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display it in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You confirm you have the right to grant this and that your content doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. 9. SOFTWARE LICENCE TERMS 9.1 What You’re Accessing This is a software licence. All Bettors is a technology company and software licensor, not a casino operator, financial services provider, or entertainment venue. Access to the Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. See Section 12 for what that means. 9.2 What You Cannot Do with Our Software • Copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or transfer it; • Modify, adapt, or build derivative works without our written consent; • Remove or obscure proprietary notices or copyright labels; • Circumvent access controls or technical protections; • Access it through anything other than our official interface; • Use it to train or develop competing AI systems without our written authorisation. 9.3 We’ll Keep Building Updates. Patches. New versions. Ongoing. Updates may change features, alter game mechanics, or affect how Curv Coins work. We don’t owe you advance notice. By continuing to use the Platform after an update, you’re accepting the new version. 9.4 No Reverse Engineering Don’t probe our source code, reverse-engineer our algorithms, or map our architecture without authorisation. Information obtained that way is our confidential property and you have no right to it. 10. PRIVACY AND YOUR DATA We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We’re registered in Estonia. GDPR applies to us by default, and we take that seriously. Your data rights are real. You can exercise them at privacy@all-bettors.com. 11. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM AND THESE TERMS 11.1 We’re Always Building We update things. Game titles, Curv Coin mechanics, event categories, promotional programs, payout structures: all of it can change. Updates are part of building something worth using. We don’t owe you notice before a software update. Continued use means you’re on board. 11.2 Updating These Terms When Terms change, we post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes. If you don’t agree with an update, stop using the Platform. 12. WHAT WE’RE NOT PROMISING 12.1 As Is. As Available. We build carefully. We ship things we’re proud of. But all software has limitations, and we’re honest about that. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALL BETTORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING: • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT; • WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; • WARRANTIES THAT FEATURES WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE IN THEIR CURRENT FORM; • WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR DATA. You use this Platform at your own risk. That’s not a brush-off. It’s what software actually is. 12.2 Software Has Limits Edge cases exist. Bugs happen. Occasional unexpected behaviour is part of the territory. We’re not liable for loss, damage, or frustration arising from software limitations or technical errors. 12.3 This Is Entertainment Prediction Event outcomes are not financial forecasts. Social Casino Game results don’t transfer to any real-money environment. This is entertainment software. Treat it as such. 12.4 Third-Party Data We use external data to resolve events. We can’t guarantee it’s always correct, timely, or complete. Third-party errors that affect event resolution are not our liability. 12.5 Availability The Platform can go down for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We’ll restore it as quickly as we can. No guarantees on uptime. No liability for disruption. 13. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL BETTORS AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING: • LOSS OF CURV COINS, DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL; • BUGS, ERRORS, OR DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE; • PLATFORM INTERRUPTIONS OR DISCONTINUATION; • SOFTWARE CHANGES THAT AFFECT YOUR EXPERIENCE; • PREDICTION EVENT OUTCOMES, RESOLUTIONS, OR CANCELLATIONS; • UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OUR SERVERS OR YOUR DATA; • THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, DATA, SERVICES, OR CONDUCT. THIS APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY: CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR CURV COIN PACKAGES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR (B) €100. This cap reflects the free-to-access nature of what we’ve built. It’s our honest, upfront allocation of risk. 14. YOU’VE GOT OUR BACK You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Bettors, our affiliates, officers, directors, contractors, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or legal fees arising from: • Your use of or access to the Platform; • Any User-Created Event you submit, including third-party claims about its content; • Your violation of these Terms; • Your violation of any applicable law; • Your infringement of any third-party rights. 15. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION We can suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breaches of these Terms, suspected fraud, or platform abuse. When that happens: your licence to use the Platform and all Curv Coins is revoked immediately. Your entire Curv Coin balance is forfeited and returns to All Bettors. No refund. No compensation. No recourse. This applies regardless of how your Curv Coins were acquired. Want to leave on your own terms? Email support@allbettors.com. Termination doesn’t erase obligations you incurred before it. 16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES 16.1 Estonian Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. We’re registered here, we operate from here, and that’s where the legal buck stops. 16.2 Let’s Talk First Something went wrong? Contact us at legal@all-bettors.com. Most things are resolvable and we’d rather resolve them directly. If we can’t sort it within 30 days of your written notice, disputes go to binding arbitration under the rules of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, seated in Tallinn, in English. Final. Binding. 16.3 No Class Actions Disputes are handled individually. You waive your right to participate in class-action proceedings. If you have a problem with us, it’s between us. 17. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND DATA We link out sometimes. We don’t control what’s on the other side and we’re not responsible for it. Third-party data used in event resolution is sourced externally. We can’t guarantee it’s always right. 18. ANTI-FRAUD AND RESPONSIBLE PLAY 18.1 Fraud Prevention We run fraud detection. We investigate abuse. Multi-accounters, streak manipulators, bot operators, colluders. We catch them. If you’re found doing any of this, your account is closed permanently and your Curv Coins are gone. No refund. No appeal. No exceptions. 18.2 Play Responsibly No real money is ever at stake here. But if you feel like your usage is becoming something other than entertainment, take a break. Reach out to support@all-bettors.com. We’re not a wellness service, but we’re also not indifferent to the people in our community. 19. FORCE MAJEURE If something genuinely beyond our control prevents us from delivering, we’re not liable for the disruption. That includes natural disasters, cyberattacks, government action, pandemic, and third-party infrastructure failures. The world surprises everyone, including us. 20. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays intact. Not enforcing a provision immediately doesn’t mean we’ve given it up. 21. THE WHOLE AGREEMENT These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific events, games, or promotions, are the complete agreement between you and All Bettors.
